Should there be another think tank for Puerto Rico???

I wanted to discuss why the hell it is or is not important to have another think tank in Puerto Rico for Puerto Rico.

Is it really worth it??

Does another think tank in Puerto Rico really matter?

Who cares?

Is Puerto Rico too small to have a second think tank???

Is one think tank not enough?

If Puerto Rico has PR Community Foundation and CNE, then what is the point of having another think tank?

Does another think tank really matter, or should Puerto Rico's intellectual energy be focused only in what it has produced now?
