Puerto Rico's next think tank should not just focus on the private sector but also its other institutions. Let's not assume that non-profit organizations [OSFL] are part of the private sector. Before embarking on a more progressive Research Institute, let's look at the complex Roles that Institutions play in Puerto Rican society.
The range of types of private companies, public companies/agencies, and non-profit institutions are so vast, even for an island as small as Puerto Rico.
